Your initial consultation is obligation free. In relation to recommending and arranging insurance business we do not charge a fee. In relation to recommending and arranging mortgage business; where the lender pays commission you have a choice of paying a fee of 0.4% of the loan amount and we will refund any commission received from the lender or you can elect not to pay a fee and we will be paid and retain the commission from the lender. Where the lender does not pay commission we will make a charge for our services, payable on completion, of 0.4% of the purchase price; so for example a purchase of £100,000 would incur a fee of £400.
